Dedicated to maximizing revenue for all our properties, revenue management team monitors information on a real-time basis to optimize mix for each hotel. We ensure that educated decisions regarding rates and inventory are made as promptly as possible. It's said that there is nothing more perishable than a hotel room. Our team has built the tools to forecast accurately, predict demand and track progress. By using the tools that the brands give us correctly, we can efficiently manage our rates and inventory. We provide our teams with training to make Revenue Management a key part of their daily actions. Sales & Marketing

We work directly with properties to create a custom marketing effort, with built-in action plans, and direct sales tactics that deliver real results. By properly positioning hotels in their markets, identifying demand generators and lucrative opportunities, we create real value for hotel guests, immediately benefiting owners and partners with increased revenue. The Internet continues to play an extensive role in the success of each hotel. We dedicate our team to reviewing each hotel's website, its content, search engine capabilities and overall position on the web. Training & Task Force

We never stop learning and adapting to our customers! Continuous efforts are focused on developing our leaders and associates, building a strong “bench” is key to success for our company. Our training team works with the Managers and staff at each property to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while maintaining standards. The efforts are made as needed in collaborative groups and individually. We constantly monitor our areas of opportunity and work as a team to improve. In addition, the team determines monthly budgets, review P&L's and capital expenditures, conduct performance improvement plans and counseling.

From technology upgrades to implementing local flare, our hotels are all about satisfying our guests. We're fortunate to work with brands who spend resources implementing the latest technology. Our hotels are equipped with the latest such as mobile check-in and text message requests. You can also access streaming applications such as Netflix and Hulu. In addition, each hotel looks for ways to participate in their communities. Holding local events and shopping local are just a couple ways this is done. We're constantly brainstorming ways to make sure our guests have the utmost experience at our hotels!
