Clean & Disinfect: Business as Usual for Naples Hotel Group

In an effort to ease our guests, clients, and followers, we’d like to share safety measures at our locations in reaction to the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus disease) outbreak. What are doing? Well for us, it’s business as usual.
First and foremost, we take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. Cleaning and disinfecting have always been key to our daily operations. The recommendations made by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and other reputable sources are tasks our operations team does on a daily basis. Our team is following the official updates closely.
The wellbeing of our guests, clients, and associates continues to be critical to us. You can be assured that our cleaning and disinfecting procedures at each location are being performed thoroughly, per usual.
What we have implemented is increased training and support efforts due to recent events to ensure the processes we have in place are being completed meticulously each day. We want our associates to feel good about the place they come to every day and know they have solid support and resources to do their job effectively.
We’ve also added additional sanitizing stations for an extra layer of comfort. Our goal is always to achieve the highest standards on cleanliness, so both our guests and associates enjoy their experience with us.
*UPDATE: Since posting this, our franchise partners have announced elevated cleaning procedures that will go into effect and can be read here.
