Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview is Now Open!

We are excited to announce the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Riverview, FL opens its doors yesterday, March 25th, 2020. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview is located within a mile of Interstate 75, the major highway along the west coast of Florida, at 10743 Big Bend Road.

Naples Hotel Group was awarded the contract for development and management services and has been overseeing the project with ownership since land selection. 

The hotel was brought into our portfolio under the leadership of Phil Tandett, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Christy Atkins, General Manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview.

The five-story Riverview hotel has 108 guest rooms & suites boasting the new décor package that is warm, timeless, forward-thinking, and inviting with simple nods back to the brand’s heritage. Each guestroom offers the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu and Netflix accounts, as well as YouTube, Amazon Prime and HBO Go, through the HDTV. The guestrooms also feature a mobile desk, a comfortable couch or accent chair, mini-refrigerator, coffeemaker, and microwave.

The hotel also has 512 sq. ft. meeting and event space available for rental. Guests can enjoy complimentary amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center or the outdoor pool and patio area.

Other amenities include on-site laundry facilities, business center, and complimentary WI-FI throughout the property. Dining options will include a daily, complimentary breakfast and 24-Hour Market that features snacks, drinks, and sundry items.

Riverview is only 12 miles to Downtown Tampa. It’s home to many corporate and local businesses and has been named Best Places to Live alongside the Tampa/St. Pete metro area. Its location offers convenient access to St. Joseph’s Hospital - South, South Hillsborough Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Topgolf and Bass Pro Shops.
