NHG Breaks Ground on New Fairfield Inn & Suites

We're happy to announce construction has started on the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Riverview, FL! Naples Hotel Group was awarded the contract to oversee development as well as operations after opening.

As part of the contract, NHG's development team will oversee construction over the next 12-14 months, or until opening, along with the owners. Our team will be working with all the disciplines, including the General Contractor, Engineers, and Architect, to ensure the hotel will be built to ownership and Marriott standards. 
 
The hotel site is located within a mile of I-75 off Big Bend Road, a major artery in the city of Riverview. Riverview is home to many corporate and local businesses, including the brand-new James A. Haley Veterans' hospital which is expected to serve over 10,000 Veterans. The businesses and entertainment of Downtown Tampa are a short 12-mile drive from the hotel.
