Hospitality is Who we Are

Naples Hotel Group and its founders have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. Their first hospitality project was in South Florida where they operated the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bonita Springs. The Bou-Sliman's proceeded to develop and open several other hotels in South Florida until the inception of the management company. In 2010 Naples Hotel Group shifted into providing third-party development and management services. Today, Naples Hotel Group continues to dynamically grow as a family operated business. 

Third-party Hotel Development & Management

Our current focus is growing Naples Hotel Group's third-party business and welcoming new clients to join us! We have a unique approach to projects. The NHG difference is that we have experience in construction and operations. An owner can hire us to help them with their construction projects from inception to opening and beyond. We are a small company but a sophisticated one at that. We have many systems and efficiencies put in place for a company our size to ensure smooth operations, as we wholeheartedly believe in working smarter, not harder.

Our commitment to quality operations and superior service means hotel growth plans must happen at the right pace with the right partners. To maintain the culture of family and trust at the heart of NHG, we plan to grow our portfolio at the right pace so we can maintain our focus on what's important to each operation. Our strategy is to focus on mid to upper scale limited and select service hotels in good markets. It's important that we have time to understand each project and the people involved to ensure the success of each hotel. We have over 25 years of experience with Hilton and Marriott and are proud to have them as partners as we grow our company.

Our company is on a journey to give back to the communities we live and work in. Every associate in our company will donate two hours of their time each month to volunteer in their local community. Every associate is introduced to a shortlist of organizations and encouraged to help however they can.

The culture of family & trust we create at our properties is an environment that employees want to work in and owners want to invest in. Our teams implement six initiatives into their daily routines to execute our company purpose. This includes celebrating, having mutual trust, being approachable, team building, thinking intuitively and then staying consistent on these items. This is the foundation that we are building our company on. We believe every successful company needs to have a focus beyond making money.
